SMALL BOATS 2018 -

S M A L L B O A T I N S T A L L A T I O N

The story of the small boats began in 2016, when I accidentally wandered into the Gallery of the artist Richard Rak in Saumur. It was as if I had arrived in another universe. One where people find answers even without asking questions.
His spirituality still affects me to this day. I got my first small boat from him. My boats also started from there.
The exhibition seemingly records a given moment, which is true, but it also contains a kind of flow, both in terms of space and time, which at first glance goes from one point to another, but in fact comes from 'nowhere' and will disappear there. Just like us humans.
The exhibition also displays tiny basic stories that reflect on the possibilities and difficulties of life and is also inspired by the current location, even using the objects there.
Its special feature is that it grows in size, I create a larger number of pieces at each new location, in which I sometimes involve the audience.

A kishajók története 2016-ban kezdődött, mikor Saumur-ban, véletlenül betévedtem Richard Rak képzőművész Galériájába. Mintha egy másik univerzumba érkeztem volna meg. Egy olyanba, ahol az ember kérdések nélkül is válaszokat. Az ő szellemisége a mai napig hat rám. Tőle kaptam az első pici hajót. Innen indultak el az én hajóim is.
A kiállítás látszatra egy adott pillanatot rögzít, ami igaz is, de egyben jelen van benne egyfajta áramlás, hely és idő tekintetében egyaránt, mely első látásra egyik pontból a másikba tart, de valójában a 'semmiből' jön és oda is tűnik majd el. Ahogy mi emberek is.
A kiállítás apró pici alaptörténeteket is megjelenít, melyek reflektálnak az élet lehetőségeire és nehézségeire valamint mertítkezik az éppen az aktuális helyszínből is, felhasználva az ottani tárgyakat is akár.
Különlegessége, hogy terjedelmében növekszik, minden újabb helyszínen nagyobb darabszámmal készítem, melybe néha a közönséget is bevonom.

2024

This was a challenging location, despite being located in the city center of Szentendre.
The private cellar of a family house provided a home for this exhibition, which, through many personal objects, awakened many of my own personal experiences in me, to which I was sometimes able to respond more easily, sometimes more difficultly. The creative process here was very exciting and instructive.

Ez egy kihívásokkal teli helyszín volt, annak ellenére, hogy Szentendre belvárosában helyezkedik el.
Egy családi ház magán pincéje adott otthon ennek a kiállításnak, mely sok személyes tárgyon keresztül,sok saját személyes élményt is felébresztett bennem, melyre volt hogy könnyebben, volt hogy nehezebben tudtam reagálni. Nagyon izgalmas és tanulságosvolt az alkotói folyamat itt.

2023

Ez a helyszín egy 2020-ban indult kortárs galéria, melynek munkájában a mai napig részt veszek.
Egy nagyobb mérteű tér az eddigiekhez képest, mely egy nyitottam és szélesebb spektrumban való gondolkodásra ösztönzött.

This venue is a contemporary gallery that started in 2020, and I am still involved in its work today.
A larger space than before, which encouraged me to think in an open and broader spectrum.

2019

This location was a renovated underground cellar space that provided space for alternative acting workshops, and with this in mind, it was an exciting task to use the space in a different interpretation.

Ez a helyszín egy akkor felújított föld alatti pince helyiség, mely alternatív színész workshopoknak adott teret és ennek tudatában izgalmas feleadat volt egy másik értelmezésben használni a teret.

2018

A színház magával ragadó közege nagyon inspirált engem, megengedve a harsány színek használatát a fénynél, így a többségében fehér hajók különbőző élénk színekben pompázhattak.

The immersive environment of the theater really inspired me, allowing for the use of bright colors in the lighting, allowing the mostly white ships to shine in different vibrant colors.
